AEVEX Aerospace Promotes Jeremy Watrous to Senior Vice President

Solana Beach, California – June 8, 2021AEVEX Aerospace, a full-spectrum provider of innovative aircraft, remote sensing, and analysis solutions to government and commercial clients, announced today that Jeremy Watrous has been promoted to Senior Vice President.

In this role, Jeremy will lead AEVEX’s newly integrated Global Solutions segment which delivers all flight operations, training, sustainment, and analytic services and solutions across the company. The Global Solutions segment is deeply involved in airborne special mission needs, as well as critical Test & Evaluation activities for the Department of Defense’s development of next-generation near-peer capabilities. Jeremy’s scope of responsibility will also include oversight of the AEVEX Test & Training Range in Roswell, New Mexico.

Jeremy previously served as Vice President and General Manager of Flight Operations at AEVEX. He was the Vice President of Operations at Merlin Global Service, one of the predecessor companies that became AEVEX Aerospace. Jeremy served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 13 years, where he worked as an Imagery Analyst and Imagery Chief, specializing in the advanced analysis of synthetic aperture radar, advanced geospatial intelligence, and fusion of multi-source intelligence. He was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement medal for his support to Operation Iraqi Freedom. A 20-year leader of complex aviation operations in the United States and internationally, including bare base and logistically-challenged environments, Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and is a certified Program Management Professional.
