AEVEX Aerospace Opens 60,000 sq ft UAS Production Facility and Showroom in Florida

San Diego, CA — October 16, 2023 — AEVEX Aerospace, a global leader in full-spectrum airborne intelligence solutions, is proud to announce the opening of its expansive new facility in Florida. Spanning 60,000 square feet, this state-of-the-art center is set to employ 150 professionals, signifying AEVEX’s commitment to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent.

The facility will play a pivotal role in ramping up production and development of the company’s cutting-edge loitering munitions: an array of tactical unmanned aerial systems currently deployed around the world. Additionally, it will feature a sophisticated showroom where clients can view and experience AEVEX’s latest UAS technologies firsthand.

Moreover, the production facility will be home to AEVEX’s Counter UAS Red Team, a high-performing team of experienced professionals and cutting-edge systems designed to assess and enhance counter-UAS effectiveness and vulnerabilities. The collaboration at this facility will only enhance the company’s capabilities, ensuring the safety and security of its clientele.
